The Couple
Tahlia & Adam met in November 2017 at Big White Ski Resort. They lived in a 3 bedroom share house on the ski hill with 8 other people. From there the friendship between them grew into something special...
Tahlia & Adam love to travel, hike, snowboard, camp, have cheese & wine nights, visiting new wineries or breweries and relaxing on the beach.
The couple were travelling around Australia in their van and after they hiked to the top of a mountain for sunset at Wilson’s promontory National park, Adam popped the question!
Talk about finding the perfect moment!!
The Engagement Session
For those of you who don’t know, I have a 6 year old Bernese Mountain dog named Samson. He is such a happy boy, makes me laugh everyday especially when he does his little dance before breakfast & dinner and he has the cutest little bum wiggle with a tail that will sweep up everything… I shared Samson on my story back in August & I received a special dm from my 2024 couple requesting his presence at their wedding…of course I said YES!
Once they booked flights to Canada, we scheduled their engagement session!
Arriving in Canada, they rented a camper van (DOUG) for the week & explored Banff, Canmore, lake Louise, icefield parkway
which all feels like a second home to them after spending a summer in Banff in 2018.
I met up with Tahlia & Adam one evening in Calgary for the engagement session + their official meet and greet with their 🥁 RING BOY 🐶
The Wedding
They picked Canmore for their 2024 wedding as the mountains feel like home.
It’s where their love story started so it only felt right to tie the knot there too!
